The episode opens with Wil Wheaton (as himself) hosting his Professor Protron show. He introduces Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) who are on as guests to discuss their Nobel Peace Prize nomination. He quips that it is like the Kids Choice Awards, but with less slime and more science.
Sheldon wonders why there is a Kid’s Choice Awards when kids shouldn’t choose anything. He then realizes the kids are watching and backtracks. Amy and Sheldon discuss their theory, but somehow confuse Wil who rings the doorbell. It turns out he invited William Shatner (as himself) as a surprise. Sheldon fan boys and finally gets him to call him “Science Officer Cooper.”
We cut to Leonard (Johnny Galecki), Howard (Simon Helberg) and Raj (Kunal Nayyar) watching a video of Sheldon vomiting on William Shatner. Leonard feels bad for Shatner and Raj says he now needs to eat. Leonard tells them Sheldon is embarrassed, but it doesn’t stop the guys from teasing him. Sheldon thinks the next meeting will go better, but the guys wonder if there will actually be a next time.
Sheldon goes to Wiil’s, but Wil tells him it is not a good time. He is playing D&D with friends and it just so happens Shatner is there, much to Sheldon’s surprise and disappointment, since he was not invited. Everyone is having dinner when Sheldon comes in to tell them about the celebrity D&D game. He tried to spy on them, but Wil turned on the sprinklers. The guys try to figure out who is there using graph theory.
Bernie (Melissa Rauch) and Penny (Kaley Cuoco) roll their eyes, with Penny wondering this is the rest of their night. Amy says this is the rest of their Iives. The guy discover Stuart is there and wonder why while the girls decide to just drink. The guys confront Stuart (Kevin Sussman) who plays dumb and then says he is sworn to secrecy. He breaks under the pressure and tells Wil he can’t play anymore.
Howard and Raj try to call Wil pretending to be Shatner, but Wil isn’t buying it. Wil invites Leonard to play D&D, but he has to keep it a secret.
At the game Leonard is there with Wil, Shatner, Kareem Abdul Jabber (himself), Joe Mangainello (himself) and Kevin Smith (himself). Leonard says this is the best night of his life.
Leonard gets home and pretends he was at a lecture, but ends up telling Penny all about it. She freaks out when she realizes Kareem and Joe from Magic Mike were there. She then tells the girls, who are also thrilled. Bernie jokes that she didn’t get to see Magic Mike because Howie wanted to leave once he realized it wasn’t about magic and Amy admits to being a super fan of the movie and says it is magic.
Penny says they had fun playing D&D once and Amy agrees they should play again. Bernie is enamored by Joe’s picture. They go to visit Wil and let it slip that Leonard spilled the beans about the game.
Leonard is smiling about his night with the guys when he gets a call that he is no longer welcome at D&D because he spilled the beans. He tells the guys, who are now clamoring for the last spot. They try to plead their cases to Wil who says they are only using him because he has famous friends. He says he doesn’t know if they like him for him or because of the fame. The guys admit to getting caught up in the excitement. Sheldon says he doesn’t think of him as a celebrity and Wil slams the door in his face. Sheldon wonders if they should leave or wait for the sprinklers.
The episode ends with the guys inviting Wil over to play D&D but getting rejected…because he is playing with the girls. Amy hits on Joe, who freaks out and switches places with Wil. Shatner makes a quip about musical chairs and has a cute bonding moment with Penny.
Bernie says she watched Kareem play with her dad and he says he saw her sniff Joe’s hair.  They all send the guys a picture of them together with Leonard saying they got what they deserved.
