Five (Aidan Gallagher) time travels to 1982 Wisconsin to assassinate the board members of the Commission. He gets to a hotel and stealthily enters the banquet room where the meeting is being held. Five kills all the members within minutes. He saves AJ’s fish and hands it over to The Handler (Kate Walsh) as proof of the homicide. The Handler, as promised, hands over a briefcase to Five that’d get his entire gang back to 2019 but it has to be all done within the next ninety minutes. Furious that she didn’t mention anything about a deadline before, Five rushes to gather his siblings without wasting any more time. Ben (Justin H. Min) successfully persuades Klaus (Robert Sheehan) to let him possess his body for a good few hours so that he can spend some quality time with his crush and fellow cult member, Jill (Mouna Traore). Meanwhile, at the Cooper household, Sissy (Marin Ireland) mentions Harlan’s (Justin Paul Kelly) appointment with the doctor and how the boy would love for Vanya (Ellen Page) to come along. Carl (Stephen Bogaert) says he needs Vanya to drive him to Jim Garvey’s ranch for work.

Allison (Emmy Raver-Lampman) notices Raymond (Yusuf Gatewood) in a hurry. Apparently Robert Kennedy’s people want to sit down with S.J.C.C. and discuss! Allison is overjoyed but can’t accompany him as she’s unwell. Raymond asks her to take care and leaves. Diego (David Castañeda) and Luther (Tom Hopper) cover Elliott’s (Kevin Rankin) dead body whilst brainstorming on probable leads. They also find an “Olga Foroga” in the telephone directory and give death threats to the old lady until Five appears and translates the Swedish phrase “Öga for Öga” for them; it means “an eye for an eye.” They infer that the Swedes killed Elliott. Five reveals about the time-ticking return ticket to 2019 with all apocalypses taken care of. Bummed to leave the JFK situation not handled, Diego wishes to at least bid goodbye to Lila. Irritated, Five spills about Lila’s connections to the Commission and how she simply played with him until now. With time ticking away, the brothers split up to gather the rest of the siblings and meet at the alley as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, at the Commission, all the employees are asked to gather at the main foyer. The Handler shares the “management assassination” news and announces that it’s her solemn duty to assume control. Herb (Ken Hall), her boss, is pissed. Lila (Ritu Arya) stares blankly at the shrewdness of her mother. After settling back in her old office, The Handler realizes that Lila is still bummed and in order to make amends she makes Lila the head of security. Lila wishes to choose her own team members and mom gives her the liberty to do so. Nervous about being possessed again, Klaus lays down some ground rules for Ben. Agreeing to all of them, Ben gets inside Klaus’s body and enjoys being alive after so many years. While he’s enjoying nature and playing in the mud, Jill approaches him and soon joins him in the childish frolic. She then wants to have sex with this “changed” Klaus, but just before Ben can get lucky Diego shows up. While filling Klaus in on their return trip to 2019, Diego learns that he’s in fact speaking to Ben. Overjoyed, the brothers hug it out. Diego asks him to keep control over Klaus’s body and get to the alley in thirty minutes while he ties some loose ends. Right before Klaus leaves the mansion Keechie (Dov Tiefenbach) stops and inquires about the haste. Ben, who’s starting to be kicked out of Klaus’s body, lies about going on a soul searching trip and puts Keechie in charge of everything. Before leaving, he requests Keechie to tell Jill that rolling in the dirt with her gave him immense joy!

Diego is digging a grave for Elliott and Lila shows up. She wants to befriend him but it’s too late. Reminiscing their time together, Lila raises her hip flask in Elliott’s memory and takes a sip. Diego takes a sip too but passes out in no time. Spitting out the spiked alcohol, Lila drags Diego to meet her mom and introduces him as her boyfriend. Both Diego and The Handler are in shock. Carl takes Vanya to the ranch and calls her homosexuality a disease. He warns her to keep Sissy out of this and threatens to send Harlan away to an institution if she doesn’t leave. According to him, Vanya being there creates a wrong atmosphere for Harlan. He asks her to be gone by the time he gets home. Luther goes to meet Allison. He fills her in on Five’s orders to gather at the alley in order to return to 2019, within forty-two minutes. He adds that in doing so, both the apocalypses will be taken care of. Allison is torn between returning to Claire and leaving the life she just built for boatloads of uncertainty. Luther considers this “uncertainty” as a baggage to being superhumans. Allison breaks down and Raymond comes home. Luther takes a leave to give the couple some privacy. Allison fills Raymond in on everything and wishes to either take him along with her or rumor him in order to lessen the pain. Raymond chooses to live on with Allison’s memories intact. As Allison prepares to leave there’s a knock. It’s the Swedes. Otto (Jason Bryden) hits Allison near her throat and pushes her down to the floor while Axel (Kris Holden-Ried) attacks Raymond. Allison pokes Otto’s eye and Raymond stakes a knife in Axel’s leg. Raymond is hit badly. Before her husband gets killed, Allison rumors Axel and makes him go against Otto. Axel strangles his brother to death and leaves the Chestnut residence in shock and inexplicable grief.

Vanya meets Five on her way back home. Five fills her in on getting back to 2019 and how they have barely any time left. Vanya wants to bring Sissy and Harlan along but Five declines which gives rise to tension between them. After some heated agitation, Vanya decides to bid a quick goodbye before heading out. She gets home and so do Sissy and Harlan. Vanya asks them to accompany her immediately and reveals about Carl’s alternate plans. Overwhelmed, Sissy fetches her stash of money and heads out with Harlan. Back in the alley Five, Luther and Klaus who’s finally puked Ben out of his system reach on time while Diego, Allison and Vanya are running behind. Five is mad at the group as they lost their golden opportunity to get back to 2019. He swings the briefcase in the air which vanishes instantaneously. All three brothers sink in despair. Meanwhile, Vanya drives at high speed to make it in time but their car gets halted by Carl’s trooper brother. Jerry. Vanya is asked to get out of the car otherwise she’ll be charged with an attempt to kidnap Harlan. Vanya tries to warn Jerry, but he doesn’t back down. In retaliation she uses her power and thrashes all the officers to death while Sissy looks scared and afraid of Vanya.
