Each week I’ll be picking the best drama, comedy and sci-fi/fantasy moments from the shows of the prior week. They may sometimes be equipped with some of your favorite ships or tear-jerking moments, so keep reading if you are still not over what happened on your favorite TV show this week!

Drama: L.A.’s Finest, “… My Lovely” – Your daughter?

After trying to figure out who in her personal life is being targeted, Syd (Gabrielle Union) learns she has a sister. When Joseph (Ernie Hudson) tells Syd that he’s not at the hospital because he thinks she’s hurt, but for Katherine (Tamala Jones) it displayed a series of emotions all over Syd’s face. She went from shock, to contemplation, to hurt. It was a great cliffhanger moment that made you quickly think how this revelation would change the already rocky father-daughter relationship moving forward.

Comedy: A.P.Bio, “Handcuffed” – Mute and scoot.

Anthony (Eddie Leavy) stepping in to lay the bad news on the school’s faculty for Principal Durbin (Patton Oswalt) was some great entertainment! The montage of him telling all those teachers to suck it up and leave was hilarious. You could see how each let down was giving him more and more power. I’m glad Principal Durbin decided to take some cues and eventually get his power back, but it was fun to watch Anthony in that role while it lasted.

Sci-fi/Fantasy: Cloak and Dagger, “Level Up” – Waffles, duh!

Ty (Aubrey Joseph) and Tandy (Olivia Holt) leaving town together was the perfect ending to the season. After both having been away from home separately the divine pairing decided to take this next step in their journey together. I loved the final moments of the episode because it showed just how much more is coming in the future. When Tandy places her hand into Ty’s – I felt all the hope for next season and all the possibilities for a them to truly become heroes. This season was phenomenal from beginning to end and the writing was excellent this entire episode. It carried all the way to that beautiful final moment.
