Top 3 TV Moments – May 16 – May 21

Each week I’ll be picking the best drama, comedy or reality TV and sci-fi/fantasy moments from the shows of the prior week. They may sometimes be equipped with some of your favorite ships or tear-jerking moments. So, keep reading if you are still not over what happened on your favorite TV show this week!

Drama: Cruel Summer, “An Ocean Inside Me” – Truths not told

Jeanette (Chiara Aurelia) was in the closet overhearing what Greg (Michael Landes) was being publicly accused of live on TV. However, the story she knew and the one being told was very different. As we see flashbacks of the moment he had in the house being recited on television in a completely different way, you can tell how this will be a big issue moving forward.

Comedy/Reality TV: The Bite, “The First Wave” – Surprisingly comedic!

Rachel’s (Audra McDonald) patient has an infectious and contagious bite that turns him into something resembling a man eating zombie. In the final and most bizarre moments of the episode, the patient attacks his own wife and she also becomes just as dangerous as him. Watching the whole thing unfold was kind of comedic and made me laugh as if to say, “Are they serious right now?!” It was a weird mixture of emotions I felt at the end, but the premiere of The Bite definitely, left you wondering what was coming next.

Sci-fi/Fantasy: Debris, “A Message from Ground Control” – A safe return. 

Bryan (Jonathan Tucker) and Finola (Riann Steele) find a way to free the rest of the people from the hold that they’re under without doing more damage to them. The moment Bryan runs to Finola is pretty frantic and makes Finola skeptical. But, in the end, listening to Bryan was the right thing to do to save everyone.
