Why Should I Watch? If you’re looking for a different take on web series production, I’d say this is the perfect series for you. The directing style from Ryan Sheridan, brings a whole new level of reality to the series; exploring different angles from vlog style, to what sometimes appears to be a camcorder style of recording and more adding an extra layer to the story.

The series follows Casey (Kanaan) and her best friend Jac (Kondruss) who explore the mystery of the Grantham House. The home, notorious for its history of unexpected deaths, is owned by the equally mysterious Ellia (Negovanlis). We learn pretty quickly that the house isn’t just an old house as the trio experience their fair share of supernatural incidents, despite what Jac might say.

The writing is superb, filled with pop culture references and witty one-liners from all of the actors. The chemistry between Casey and Jac is the most adorable (and they say they’re “just friends”) but it’s also made clear there’s a connection between Ellia and Casey as well, which Jac absolutely hates! Another great aspect of the series is the transmedia element in which all three characters take to their Twitter accounts to vent, tweet each other and more.

Where Can I Watch? The series is 14 episodes in and currently on hiatus, which is a perfect reason to start watching now.
