Charmed – We return to find The Charmed Ones’ lives in peril. It seems The Faction is closing in on them. (The CW, 9pm ET/PT)

A Discovery of Witches – This season starts with Matthew and Diana off to Elizabethan London. There they hope to be able to locate a teacher that can harness Diana’s powers. (AMC, 10pm ET/PT)

Monday:

Snowpiercer – The new season begins with the arrival of Mr. Wilford. With this new threat unnerving Snowpiercer, Melanie decides to make a move that can’t be taken back. (TNT, 9pm ET/PT)

Tuesday:

Mixed-ish – Season 2 starts with Rainbow’s temper flaring when she learns that Johan has been pretending that he is a different race. Hmm. (9:30pm ET/PT)

The Misery Index – It’s Season 3 of the game show and teams are still attempting to determine where real-life events rank on a scale of funny to miserable. For example, accidentally sexting your grandfather. (TBS, 11:30pm ET/PT)

Wednesday:

Resident Alien – Alan Tudyk turns up on our TVs as an alien hiding out in a small Colorado town where he is masquerading as the coroner. Can he really help solve a murder? (Syfy, 10pm ET/PT)

Thursday:

Legacies – The Super Squad doing what is necessary after learning some serious news. Unfortunately, that news sadly seems to be about one of their own. (The CW, 9pm ET/PT)

Friday:

JANN – Musician Jann Arden spoofs her singer-songwriter lifestyle. As she’s reached a certain age, Jann worries that her music career is quickly fading. Plus, her social life is in shambles and she finds herself on the outs with her family. (Hulu)
