Q) Talk about the story behind your new single “All to Myself.”

A) My new single “All to Myself” is about my love for music and how music can be an escape from your daily life and routine. Music allows you to connect to artists who provide that escape from daily life.

Q) What’s your relationship with shows of the 80’s since it is the inspiration behind your song?

A) I just think in the 80s there were less distractions with no cell phones, no social media, so music was even more important to really dive into another world. I admire and love the artists who offered you that world.

Q) What was your favorite scene to film for the video to “All to Myself?”

A) I loved the scene where I am on stage, and everyone has their phones out with lights on. I can’t wait to perform in large venues and have that become a reality. That is one of my goals and it felt amazing putting it out in the universe.

Q) Were you looking forward to working with a producer or writers of the song in particular?

A) I absolutely love working with Manny Mijares and Pieter Oliver, so it was wonderful working with them on putting this vision together

Q) What is your relationship with writing music? Is it something that helps you express your emotions?

A) Yes, exactly.  It is my way to express what I am going through and to let the world know the emotions and struggles or happy or hopeful thoughts I am having in the moment.  Writing music is like a digital diary for me, and very therapeutic.

Q) What do you hope that listeners take away from checking out “All to Myself?”

A) I hope they will take away my love for listening to music and all of the joy that it brings and helps to remind them of the joy that it brings to them. I feel that music can be an uplifting escape from daily stresses and struggles. I hope they can relate to that.

Q) Do you have other music coming out soon? A full album or EP?

A) Yes, I am working on an EP that I hope to release in early 2023!  So stay tuned and check that out when it comes out!

Q) Please tell us the premise for your new film Manifest West

A) Manifest Westis a drama told through the eyes of a ten-year-old girl (my sister Lexy Kolker) whose family spirals out of control as they move into the wilderness to escape the pressures of city life and help with the mental illness of one the family members suffers from.  It is already award winning and is available to watch. It’s available to order now on my Instagram and TikTok bios.

Q) Who were you looking forward to sharing a scene within the movie?

A) My sister Lexy. This is the first film we’ve done together so it was so special.  There is especially a scene where we run around and get in all kinds of trouble and we were cracking up because it’s nothing we would do in real life, so we were laughing so hard we both forgot we were actually filming a scene.  It was a great moment.

Q) Who would you love to have a co-star to work with on a film or TV series?

A) I would love to work with Harry Styles now that he’s acting. That would be so crazy!  I would also love to work with any of the Marvel or DC stars.  I am working on my black belt so I can do my own stunts so that would be a dream.

Q) What are the other on-screen projects that you have been busy working on?

A) Right now, I am just working on my music, but we will see what 2023 will bring.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) That I love them all and am so grateful for their love and support over the last decade. I feel like they are my family, and I can’t wait to continue to share the journey with them.
