Batwoman – Armed and Dangerous

The episode starts with Luke (Camrus Johnson) just being shot by Tavaroff (Jesse Hutch). He´s taken to the hospital and Russell is being interrogated by Jacob Kane (Dougray Scott). He manages to get away by saying Luke was carrying a gun and pointed at him. Jacob asks to see the bodycam footage and he leaves. Luke is hallucinating his dead father (Domonique Adam), so it´s not good. Bruce (Warren Christie) is also there saying that he called him, that he´s been shot and he has a choice to make. Luke is very confused. Bruce says they are in his subconscious and that he can either fight and go back or let go and be with his father.

Mary (Nicole Kang) and Ryan (Javicia Leslie) are in the Batcave trying to figure out who shot Luke. They talk about the night before how she was on the phone with Luke and he saw Eli (Kaiden Berge) breaking into a car. He tried to stop it and then he did not call her back. Mary is more focused on saving his life so she goes to the Desert Rose so she can take it to the hospital. Meanwhile, Alice (Rachel Skarsten) is still at Dr. Rhyme´s (Laura Mennell) office next to her dead body still going through her files. She sees that there are a lot of them and they all belong to the Kane family. Then, Ocean (Nathan Owens) comes back to get rid of the evidence. Alice says is for the best considering The Riddler is Enigma´s father.

Ryan goes after Eli. She stops him and tells her that the crows rolled up when he was trying to steal a car last night and Luke was attempting to stop him. The next thing he knew someone yelled gun and they shot him. Batwoman comes back to the Batcave and asks Mary how much longer before the Desert Rose is ready. She looks Tavaroff´s name up and recognizes him. She goes after him. However, it doesn´t go well because she´s run over by the crows and he gets away. Someone breaks in and Mary sees Alice through the security camera. She´s there to tell her to watch her back because she´s being targeted.

Sophie (Meagan Tandy) is called by Ryan to the Batcave to tell her everything she knows about Tavaroff while Mary is at the hospital trying to get to Luke by using the “I´m the daughter of Jacob Kane.” It doesn´t work because the room is being secured by crows. Sophie goes back to Jacob. Apparently, evidence has appeared out of thin air before. She begs him to open his eyes before anyone else has to die. Batwoman arrives at the crows building trying to recover the original footage of Tavaroff´s bodycam while Mary gets help from Evan/Wolf Spider (Lincoln Clauss) to inject Desert Rose into Luke´s system.

Jacob calls Tavaroff and asks for his badge and gun. However, he ends up being taken by a few crows which prevents Batwoman from finding Luke´s footage because she has to go and save him now. She’s able to do it not without telling him to burn it all down. He does and he calls a press conference. The crows are no more.

Mary and Ryan go to Luke´s room waiting for him to wake up. It takes a few minutes because he had decided to give up; however, it was too late because the Desert Rose had already made effect pulling him back. Sophie goes to thank Jacob for closing the crows and when she gets into his car Alice is already there waiting. She asks for his help as Kate (Wallis Day) is alive and in Gotham.
