Q) What are the recent projects that you have been busy working on?

Chiara: We just worked on a new movie called Slapface with August Maturo, Mike Manning, Dan Hedaya and Mirabelle Lee.  I did an episode of Disney+ show called “Diary of a Future President.”

Bianca: My sister and I just wrapped the first season of our new show called “yA” and I am leaving soon to work in Florida on a project.

Q) What made you want to be a part of “yA?”

Chiara: The writers and creators of the show are truly incredible to work with and I was so lucky to have been given the opportunity by them.

Bianca: I wanted to be a part of “yA” for many reasons. The entire cast and crew are amazing, the storylines and characters were so incredible and I got to go to work every day happy with the people I was working with.

Q) What do you find challenging about portraying Regan and Frankie?

Chiara: I see a lot of myself in my character, Regan. We are both a little shy until we get to know you.  Because of the ways I see myself in her, I don’t think it was too challenging to become Regan.

Bianca: Playing Frankie was both fun and challenging. I would have to say that some of the things she does are the opposite of what I would do in her situation. I can’t say more without spoiling it, but stay tuned to see her and what she’s up to.

Q) “The Bay” has won fifteen Daytime Emmy awards! What does that mean to you?

Chiara: I think it’s amazing that the show has won fifteen Daytime Emmy Awards. I’m so honored to be working with the same creative team on “yA.”

Bianca: Being a part of “The Bay” family has been amazing! The entire cast and crew work so hard and they are so deserving of their Emmy nominations.

Q) What have been some of your favorite moments from filming the “yA” series?

Chiara: Working with my sister every day and sharing the sisterly love playing our characters was one of my favorite moments or days on set. Also, working with Fiona Hutchison and Kristos Andrews to name a few adult seasoned actors was amazing to watch and learn from their process

Bianca: Ooh good question. I would say going to work with such amazing people every day has been such a highlight.  I had such emotional scenes with Fiona Hutchison and really grew from the experience.

Q) With a cast so close in age, do you spend much time together off set?

Chiara: We don’t all live close to each other. On set we would see each other every day. When we wrapped the season, the holidays were starting and we’ve been working on other projects.

Q) What do you think it is about “The Bay” that has made it such a fan favorite show?

Chiara: I think “The Bay” has a strong fan base because the characters are so real and the drama keeps everything amped up.  What sets it apart is also the destination shoots like Belgium and Turks and Caicos.  When we were on “The Young and Restless” our TV mom and dad went to Paris. The fans love seeing that because it’s a real place and maybe a place they have visited themselves.

Bianca: I think the intricate storylines and characters make the show a binge watch series. Everything is done so well and I can’t wait for the next season!

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way to connect with your fans?

Chiara: Social media is so important for us because we want to interact with every single one of our followers and we couldn’t do that without social media.

Bianca: Social media has helped me connect with our fans in such amazing ways. Because of distance between us and a lot of our fans, we try to communicate with them thanks to social media.

Q) For being so young, you have had quite a career! What have been some of your favorite projects to work on?

Chiara: I’m grateful for every project I’ve worked on and every experience is different from the other, so I can’t make a decision.

Bianca: Wow, this is a hard question. I’m so grateful for every opportunity I’ve had that it’s so hard to choose just one. But a project I had an amazing time on was Slapface. I think I feel that way since we got to work in NY and see family while shooting. Also, we had an amazing stunt coordinator that I learned so much from and can use again.

Q) What advice would you give up and coming actors and actresses?

Chiara: One piece of advice I would give to other actors and actresses is to never give up. It might sound cliché, but keep working hard. It’s important to keep studying your craft, work on your social media and find a niche.

Bianca: I would say to just keep working hard. Because the moment you stop, everything stops moving. So, keep pushing forward and believe in yourself.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who are fans and supporters of you and the work you do?

Chiara: To the fans and supporters of Bianca and I, we are so thankful for you and appreciate you more than you know.

Bianca: I want to say thank you so much for all of your love and support! I am so grateful for every single one of you that has encouraged us

Chiara:  Thank you so much Starry Mag for the fun interview.  XOXO B & C
