Q) What are the recent projects that you are working on?

A) I’m currently working on creating my wine brand Capo Cagna. It’s all about being a boss bitch and I’m working on incorporating that vibe and feel to the product.

Q) How did you originally get your start in wrestling?

A) I was a cheerleader for the New England Patriots and a Los Angeles Laker Girl. My passion for performing along with my dad’s history with WWE was the perfect mix for me.

Q) The sports community hasn’t always been so welcoming to female athletes. What do you think the sports industry needs to incorporate for effective inclusion?

A) I think there is more inclusive than ever right now. Women are taking over, especially in the WWE. We’re on the same playing field as the men. It’s a great time to be a lady wrestler in the WWE.

Q) We’ll be seeing you again on “Total Divas” this coming season. What made you want to be a return?

A) I felt like my first go around wasn’t authentic to me. I had no idea what to expect. I wasn’t able to give it my all. I really wanted to get another chance to show who I really am and being able to connect with our fan base in a different way.

Q Who did you stay in contact with from your time on the show?

A) Everyone! I work with these girls on a daily basis. We’re like a sisterhood and I’m so grateful to call them my friends.

Q) Were there certain parts of your life you deemed off limits to the camera?

A) Nothing was off limits this season. When I was on Season 7, I wasn’t able to fully show my personal life and relationship. This time around, everything was out there and I mean everything: the good, the bad and the ugly.

Q) What are some of your most memorable moments that you can tease from this season of “Total Divas?”

A) Well, my biggest story this season is of course my relationship with Corey [Graves]. It was put out there in a very public way that was completely fabricated. I’m grateful to be able to share our side of the story.

Q) What is something that you want to be sure viewers know about you?

A) That it’s ok to be vulnerable. No one is perfect and I want to be able to put the message out there.

Q) What advice would you offer the younger generation or up and coming athletes?

A) Keep pushing and moving forward. It doesn’t matter how many people tell you no, if you want something bad enough you can get it.

Q) You created Capo Canga wine. What interested you in creating your own brand?

A) I absolutely love to drink wine. I wanted to create a brand that made others feel like a total boss bitch when they drink it. I’m not a wine snob. I don’t like spending more than $20 on a bottle. So, if you’re boujie on a budget like me you will LOVE Capo Cagna. It’s so freaking yummy!

Q) Where can people go online to purchase it?

A) We will be launching online in the fall and hope to be in stores beginning in 2020.

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) Our fans are all over the world. It’s amazing to be able to interact with a fan in South America that wouldn’t ordinarily get to see us. My fans are everything to me and I try to keep up with them on a daily basis.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of all you do as an athlete and an advocate?

A) I would just like to thank everyone for their love and support. I wouldn’t be where I am without my fans. I just want to continue to make them proud and remind them to stay their fabulous selves! 💋
