Q) It was touched on a bit on the show, but how did you get into yachting?

A) I was actually a ferry captain and applied to a yachting position on Talisman Maiton and got the gig!

Q) What made you want to be a return this season of “Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) Money!

Q) Who did you stay in contact with from last season?

A) Literally everyone! Adam, Brooke, Kasey, Jamie, Conrad and, of course, Joao and Hannah!

Q) Joao came back this season. Who else would you have liked to have seen return to sharing a ship with you and why?

A) Jamie, she was my goofball counterpart and she makes every boat more

fun!

Q) Were there certain parts of your life you deemed off limits to the camera?

A) Um… not really! I love talking about home, my friends, and family.

Q) What are some of your most memorable moments that you can tease from this season of “Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) The locations! Some of the picnics we set up throughout the season were great but the views were even better!

Q) Talk about working with Captain Sandy Yawn.

A) Cap is great. She’s not only a leader but a teacher that always has your back and will help you get further in your career.

Q) We saw you say you didn’t connect well this season with some of your fellow crew members. What do you think it is that made you feel disconnected from the others?

A) Just everyday conversation. Everyone on the boat are hardcore yachties, which I’m not. Plus, Jack humping me while trying to work got old after a while. [laughs]

Q) We saw Chef Mila floundering in the kitchen. Set the record straight, what was it like for the crew having her food?

A) Honestly, her first crew meal was fantastic! Then started going downhill…

Q) You have such a great personality, always cracking jokes. Have you always been the “class clown?”

A) With all the tensions of working on a yacht, I just try and make light of situations that may arise and put on a smile and laugh about it.

Q) We loved seeing your relationship with your family on screen. What do your parents like/dislike about seeing their son on TV?

A) They love everything I do on the show honestly! I think they’re just some of the few parents of people on the show that they’re proud of and not embarrassed. [laughs]

Q) What is something that you want to be sure viewers know about you?

A) I love the crew! It may seem like I don’t like them, but that’s not true. I get along with everyone on the show.

Q) You are a part of social media. Do you enjoy the instant fan feedback you receive to episodes?

A) Absolutely! Literally everyone has given me such great feedback and love and support it’s a little overwhelming!

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and the show “Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) Simply “thank you”! It’s nice to see people do/say nice things instead of trolling and bringing people down once in a while.
