Q) Your single “Diva” is out now. Please tell us the story behind it.

A) It all started in Miami when I met her dad during Art Basel 2023. As we sat and discussed our current projects like SENSORAMA and real estate, he insisted that I should write a song about his wife, the white diva. But little did he know, I was crushing hard on his daughter. So, as soon I got touched down in NYC, I hit the studio and wrote this song about her called “DIVA.” I’ve never met someone like her – this woman who still chooses love even though life has done a number on her.

Q) For this single what was the songwriting process like?

A) I like to punch in while I’m recording, I feel like that makes my songs way more authentic. When you are sitting and writing a song you tend to overthink. When you punch in you have to just go with what feels right.

Q) “Diva” is a beautifully crafted song that showcases a unique musical style and artistic talent. The track blends elements of pop, R&B, and soul, creating a distinctive sound that is both refreshing and captivating. The lyrics of the song are heartfelt and sincere. It is a song that speaks to anyone who has experienced the joys and sorrows of love. Did you experience any difficulties recording it?

A) It was one of the easiest songs I’ve ever made. Everything made sense and just felt right. That’s when I knew I needed to drop it immediately.

Q) You have expressed that the song is a beautiful tribute to the girl you love, who taught you how to express your emotions and wear your heart on your sleeve. What do you hope people take away from it?

A) God. The world can be a cruel place, but love is like sunshine. It just comes in and warms you up.

Q) The release of “Diva” comes after your highly successful project “Sensorama,” which was aimed at spreading awareness about promoting sustainability and taking care of our planet in partnership with Cana Foundation. Why is working with them so important to you?

A) The foundation is run by beautiful people with amazing spirits and views on the world. They are selfless lovers and I’ve been truly blessed to even be apart of their mission to save the world. I will be “ReWilding” til I die.

Q) Last time we spoke you had been listening to DEATH GRIPS, FAYGO, JEAN DAWSON. Who are your new dreams for collaboration?

A) King krule, Quannnic, Bjork, Kanye, chief keef, FKA TWIGS, Beyoncé and Rihanna

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who are fans and supporters of the music you make?

A) R.U.O.K???
