Q) Please tell us the premise for the film Silent Night, Deadly Night.

A) Silent Night, Deadly Night is about a child named Billy who witnesses his parents’ murder by a man in a Santa suit. Years later, as an adult, he dons a Santa costume himself and embarks on a violent quest for retribution against those responsible for the traumatic event from his childhood.

Q) How was your character Max Benedict originally described to you?

A) In the audition all they said in the character breakdown is Max is Pamela’s ex-boyfriend and he’s a state trooper in the small community of Hackett. So, I kind of brought my own take to the audition scene.

Q) What was it about the premise or this role that drew you to be a part of it?

A) The original Silent Night, Deadly Night is a cult classic. I think any actor would jump at the chance to be a part of the remake!

Q) Were you familiar with any of your co-stars before working with them?

A) Yes, they are both highly respected actors, and I was grateful and honored to work alongside them.

Q) Rohan Campbell plays a mercurial Billy Chapman. What was it like watching that duality switch as he filmed scenes?

A) Rohan did an amazing job. The film has so many different genre aspects to it. It’s a Horror Comedy Christmas Thriller Slasher Romance all mixed into one! So much fun!

Q) Talk about working with writer/director Mike P. Nelson.

A) Mike was amazing to work with! Very honored and grateful to be a part of his film.

Q) Old sins resurface in the film and there is a lot of bloodshed. What were some of your favorite scenes to film?

A) There are so many! I want to name a few but then I would be spoiling it. The very last scene in the movie is epic, I think people will remember it for a long time!

Q) How did you all shake off a long day of filming the movie?

A) I like coming home or going back to the hotel room to have a couple beers and watch TV and then pass out. [laughs]

Q What do you think it is about Silent Night, Deadly Night that will make it a fast fan favorite holiday horror classic?

A) It pays tribute to the original but has its own unique originality to it. I think it will become one of those movies people will watch every year around the holidays!!

Q) What are the other recent projects that you have been working on?

A) I’m on “Boston Blue” coming out December 19th on Paramount +, “Cross” Season 2 on Amazon releasing February 25th, Psycho Killer releasing in theatres February 20th, and a movie called War Machine on Netflix releasing in 2026

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who are fans and supporters of you and the work you do on our screens?

A) It means more to me than you know. I care so deeply about acting and the roles I play. All I can say is I’m extremely grateful for every opportunity I get and give everything I have to it.
