Devil May Care – The Sisters

Regina (Pamela Adlon) goes to meet her fellow Succubus sisters for brunch and finds that, unlike her, they quite enjoy the new Hell that her husband The Devil (Alan Tudyk) has created. Jezebeth (Tichina Arnold) swoons over her lavender baths while the aptly named Karen throws looks of disgust towards Regina for not being able to fit in with the times. Seeing that her fellow sisters are very much into the new version of Hell, Regina decides to try and fall in with the times as well.

Following up with her brunch encounter, Regina shows up at her husband’s office in an apron and banana nut muffins for the office. Everyone seems to enjoy the muffins and Regina is pleased with this, until Beans (Asif Ali) runs off with stomach issues caused by the muffins. When Regina questions McKinley (Fred Tatasciore) whether this is an insult, McKinley airs on the side of malice and says it is. This action sends Regina into a fury and she storms into the bathroom where Beans is currently lamenting his stomach woes and lack of privacy.

In her fury Regina pulls Beans out of the bathroom with his pants down and breaks the office window to hold Beans outside with just her grip, scaring him into submission. The Devil and his assistant Calvin (Phil LaMarr) barge in at the opportune time, stopping Regina from doing anything further to Beans. Calvin seems to take some pleasure in calling out Regina on her actions and The Devil is quick to show his displeasure at his wife’s behavior. Feeling dejected, Regina leaves and attempts to talk to therapist Sigmund Freud.

When Freud gets frustrated that Regina is not a man nor does she have Mommy issues, Regina is then given the address for a bar where they inflict pain on others. Finally feeling she has found her place, Regina finds that Jezebeth is also at the bar inflicting pain on a man who is tied up. While Jezebeth may enjoy the new Hell, she also needs a place to take out her frustration and encourages Regina to try it. Unfortunately, Regina does not like that the man tied up enjoys having pain inflicted on him and puts a mace in his back. Seeing that Regina may not grasp the concept of the bar just yet, Jezebeth takes Regina back to her place.

Back at Jezebeth’s place, both she and Regina lament their woes over a bottle of Leviathan Spinal Fluid and decide to have their own fun when Regina produces a pentagram necklace that can transport them to Earth. And the fun begins as Jezebeth and Regina begin to wreak havoc on souls on Earth, causing problems between an elderly spouse and making fun of a sports obsessed bachelor. When the ladies get to Vladimir Putin’s bedroom things go awry when Regina drunkenly seduces Putin and Jezebeth is turned off by Putin’s personality. In her seduction, Regina throws up on Putin and Jezebeth immediately transports them back to Hell.

After copious amounts of Leviathan Spinal Fluid and shame, Regina wakes up back in her home. The Devil and Calvin enter the room. Calvin points out that a portal was opened to Earth and returned right to The Devil’s home. Calvin begins to blame Regina and The Devil takes Calvin’s assessment into account, finally realizing that he has neglected his wife’s needs and put everything but her first. The Devil throws Calvin around the room and assumes his original form, which ignites passion in Regina. The Devil and Regina engage in sexy times as Calvin asks whether he can leave the room.
