Jay (Utkarsh Ambudkar) announces to some of the ghosts that he has bought a new TV that should only be allowed to be used by the living. At first, Alberta (Danielle Pinnock), Isaac (Brandon Scott Jones), Sas (Román Zaragoza) and Pete (Richie Moriarty) don’t seem to agree with it, but Sam (Rose McIver) reminds them that lately her husband has been going through a stressful time while trying to bring his restaurant to life so he might as well deserve a good relaxing time for himself. On another hand, Sas appears to be worried about one thing only – that Jay will agree to put a wood pizza oven at his restaurant. Unfortunately, Jay is not convinced that his request could be taken in account given that he thinks that it just won’t go with the display of the restaurant. Back to the TV situation, Jay is still deciding where to put it and soon finds himself discussing with his wife and the ghosts about it. Later on, Jay has determined to cook some spaghetti and is excited at the thought that the ghosts might find this about him sort of thrilling, but sadly the food only reminds Thor (Devan Chandler Long) of his lost love Flower (Sheila Carrasco) and how she used to eat it when she was alive so he ends up retreating from the kitchen. Trevor (Asher Grodman), Isaac and Hetty (Rebecca Wisocky) are still there discussing about how much they sympathize with the Viking current situation. Also, Hetty does not waste time to express how uncomfortable it is for her to remain stuck in the old house she used to live at and to make matters worse, to be constantly surrounded by exotic smells (referring to Jay’s cooking). Still moved by Thor’s grief, Captain Higgintoot says that he finds it to be heartbreaking that every time the Viking involves romantically with someone, said ghost ends up to be sucked off, something that sparks an idea in Hetty’s mind who is avid to leave all of this behind.

Later that night, when Sas believes that Pete is already sleeping, he gets out of his bed and goes straight to Sam and Jay’s bedroom. Unfortunately for him, Pete is quick to notice that his roommate has gone and decides to follow him and sees him standing next to Jay with his hand above him. Sas has managed to sneak himself into the man’s dream and plant the seed of the utter desire to buy a pizza oven. In his dreams Jay turns out to be a successful basketball player encouraged by the audience to do as Sas says. A new day has come and we are met with Thor who seems to be lost in his thoughts when he is suddenly interrupted by Hetty who wastes no time in reaching to him and offering a source of comfort. She tries to massage him making the man give in to her touch while she assures him that she will be there for him to support him. Trevor passes by and watches the whole scene unraveling in front him with a suspicious gaze. It seems like he now undersands the woman’s plan.

In the meantime, while Jay apparently has found a new spot for his TV, Pete confronts Sas by saying that he knows he is up to something as he saw him sneaking to Jay and Sam’s room and demands to know the truth. Sas ends up admitting that he has acquire a new power which consists in getting himself into people’s dreams and influence them into doing what he wants and explains that it was exactly that what he was doing to Jay the prior night. Sam walks in followed by Isaac who has decided to stick with her for the whole day. The woman is surprised to see the place where Jay has chosen for his TV along with noticing that he has been searching for a pizza oven as she can see in his computer screen.

Still not over the game his roommate has been playing on Jay’s mind, Pete uselessly tries to persuade him to stop doing it but instead Sas offers him the chance to influence Jay to add Pete’s favorite dessert to the restaurant menu. Pete rushes to tell Sam everything about what Sas has been doing causing the woman to confront the other man accusing him of breaking their trust, but he does not seem to regret a thing about his deeds. He uses the same tactic that he tried on Pete and offers her the chance to become her ally and influence her husband to do everything she wants something that for a moment, seems to be appealing for her.

On the other hand, Trevor is still shocked by the scene he witnessed between Hetty and Thor something that doesn’t go unnoticed by Alberta who is quick to ask him about what is clearly worrying him. The man confesses that even though he and Hetty have said they are no longer in a relationship that was a total lie and they just did it to make their encounters more exhilarating. He explains his thoughts on his lover’s plans and Alberta shows a little bit of interest in it. Later, Trevor takes Hetty to an empty room asking for an explanation about what he saw. Instead of getting an apology for it, the woman comes clean about her intentions and says that if he really cares for her then he should be happy that she can move on. Another day arrives and Sam finds Jay trying to set the TV right where she had suggested which only lets Pete know that this must be Sas’ trick. He searches for Trevor’s help asking him to find a way to contact Jay and tell him what is happening, but it seems that the man is more interested in what Sas’ new power can do for him. Hetty goes in search of Thor and realizes that Alberta is already there trying to seduce him. The two get into an argument revealing the actual reason why they had been so kind making him sad for having used him and taken advantage of his pain.

Later that night Trevor threatens Sas with telling about his misdemeanors if he does not convinces Jay to get him his favorite super model poster. Sas breaks into Jay’s dream again in which he is a “Star Trek” character but things start to get a little messy when Pete shows up in the bedroom and the three ghosts get into a heated discussion about what Sas is doing. This makes Jay realize what is actually happening and it only gets worse when Sas confesses that Sam had also being involved in it. This makes Jay wake up abruptly.  The next morning he wakes Sam up and tells her everything he knows looking terribly disappointed. Sas tries to apologize, but Jay is too hurt to forgive any of them right now. At the same time, Hetty and Alberta apologize to Thor and offer him their sincere friendship. All of a sudden, Nancy (Betsy Sodaro) walks in looking affectionately at Thor and the other women think that she has been trying to do the same they did but she confesses that her interest in him is genuine.

It’s bedtime again and now and Sas sneaks into Jay’s dream to ask for his forgiveness and also for an opportunity to be his friend to what Jay ends up agreeing. The next day the ghosts and Jay are spending some time together watching TV; it appears that the living had given up on the idea of using the other TV since it has been causing a lot of trouble and have settled with the old one. Sam walks in carrying a box filled with Halloween decorations and saying that maybe they can start hanging them all over the house. The whole situation gives Trevor the idea that maybe they should use Halloween for something special, to what Sam suggests that maybe they should bring Flower back from heaven if even just for a night. Thor is already celebrating.
