Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) My sound is eclectic, very fresh, new and innovative.

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) I’m influenced by artists like T-Pain, Pharrell and Timbaland.

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Foolish.”

A) “Foolish” is about a couple who are madly in love but go through a separation with the hope of one day getting back together.

Q) Will there be a video to accompany the new single?

A) Yes, the visual is out now. It’s an animated video created by a wonderful artist, Donique.

Q) Fans loved your song “Super Clean.” What do you think it is about it that listeners dig?

A) “Super Clean” is a very catchy tune. I think it’s easy to digest, and everyone relates to it right away.

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) I’m always looking to catch a vibe. I’m big on energy, so my process is structured around that. The feeling has to be there first, and the process begins after the soul of the song is established. No, I don’t need music first. I just need a vision really. I create songs all day long, and I view every song as a movie. As long as there’s a special moment inside the song, the rest is history.

Q) How much of a hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) I produce the majority of my music, but I enjoy collaborating with other producers. My favorite collaborations are with Jeff Moii, Brks and my guy, Itsnyceman. We have some hits on the way. I’m so excited about that.

Q) Will there be a full album or EP coming in the near future?

A) Yes, absolutely. I have some EP’s and collaborative projects on the way.

Q) Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

A) I haven’t performed in London or New York. I don’t have a favorite place as of yet, but I would love to do shows in those two locations.

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) T-Pain is on the top of my list. I can’t wait to work with him.

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

A) Aminé’s TwoPointFive. I think this album is so creative and futuristic. The sonics on this album is addictive.

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) Social media is the most important tool to build your audience and brand. It’s the way of the future.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) I would like to thank all my supporters. You don’t understand just how much it takes to create something that everyone one will enjoy, so to see the fruits of all the labor and sleepless nights is the greatest feeling. I’m so grateful for your support.
