Q) What are the recent projects you are working on?

A) I’m currently writing and working on being home for the first time in 6 months.

Q) What can you tease is new this season on “Claws” and with Jennifer?

A) This season Jennifer is bossing it up with the rest of the crew while still trying to maintain control over her sobriety and family life, but her baby daddy gets out of prison finally and throws a wrench into the works.

Q) With Jennifer’s crazy ex-lover out of the way, how do things stand between her and Bryce?

A) They are stronger than ever having survived that and will do anything to make it work and stay together.

Q) Now that Desna is running a casino, where does Jennifer fit in?

A) Well, she has an idea that running a casino is easy and she could be VIP hospitality, but in all actuality it’s a business she has absolutely no clue about.

Q) Have you had much of a say in how your character has developed over the seasons?

A) We are very lucky that the writers are so brilliant and collaborative. We are allowed to pitch them story arcs or jokes/alternative lines, etc. to help shape the narrative and that is rare and very appreciated by the actors.

Q) Was there anyone coming in to this season that you were hoping to share more scenes with?

A) Well, I fell in love with Rebecca Creskoff who plays the new villain “Melba” and I wish we had nine scenes together every episode. She is such a dynamite actress and hilarious person and being on set with her was a treat every time.

Q) Coming in to Season 3, who can you tease will be some of the guest stars we’ll be seeing?

A) I can tease you nothing! I would be shot, and my body dumped in the east river.

Q) Who would you love to see make an appearance on “Claws?”

A) I would die if Snoop rolled through for a mani/pedi.

Q) How do you shake off a long day of filming the show?

A) I like to pretend I’m going to really do some self-care and a bath, a face mask, maybe light a candle; and what I end up doing is barely taking off my makeup and falling asleep in my clothes.

Q) What do you think it is about the show that continues to make it such a favorite series?

A) I think the relationships between the people on the show. The writing keeps it grounded and real while we are wearing crazy ass outfits and having these high stakes or surreal moments- it’s that combination.
