Q) How would you best describe your sound?

A) A folksy-pop slice of life!

Q) Who are your Top 3 musical influences?

A) Miniature Tigers, Abba and Stevie Nicks.

Q) Tell us the story behind your current single “Mine.”

A) It’s a love song for my partner Nick. I wanted to sum up the feelings I felt when I finally got to call him mine. It’s that greedy, wonderful feeling of love.

Q) You also released a lyric video for “Mine,” which was directed by Nicole Lipp. Will she be directing a full music video for the song and if so are you able to tease the concept?

A) I would love to shoot a full concept music video for “Mine” and we did toss around some fun ideas, but we have no plans to do a full video as of yet. Although this question is definitely making me think about it more!

Q) Since the release of “Mine,” what has been the reaction of fans and listeners to the single?

A) The response has been very tender and so sweet! I’m really glad the words resonate with people. I love love. And sharing that feeling with others makes me so happy.

Q) With the release of “Mine,” is there a full-length album in the works?

A) There is at leeeeeast an EP on the way! My first EP ever, which I’m over the moon excited about.

Q) What message do you hope fans take away from “Mine?”

A) I hope people listen to it and feel the courage to ask for the love they want.

Q) In addition to new music, you are also performed at 54 Below on May 12th. What is one of your favorite things about performing live for an audience?

A) I love connecting with people in person! The thing I love most about singing is storytelling. And doing that live is such a gift.

Q) Which song is your favorite to perform at live shows?

A) I love, love, love singing “Baby Blue” live. I’ve been singing it for years and it makes my heart so full.

Q) Aside from your career in music, you also have quite a resume in acting. Do you have any upcoming on-screen projects coming up.

A) I am filming a couple projects next month that I’m excited about, including one that I wrote and will be directed by Nicole Lipp called Mistakes You Make Before You Die!

Q) What would you like to say to your fans and supporters of your music?

A) Thank you, thank you, thank you. Thank you for every single listen. I hope my music makes you feel sparkly in your soul!!
