Q) How would you describe your sound?

 

A) I don’t really know how to describe my sound right now as I am still very much exploring things I like when it comes to making music. I just release what I like and hope that people will like it as much as I do!

 

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

 

A) Billie Eilish, Ariana Grande, Dua Lipa, Beabadoobee [smiles]

 

Q) We loved you on “The Voice Kids.” What was some advice you were given that you’ve taken to heart?

 

A) AWWW THANKS!! To always believe in myself and continue singing whatever it takes.

 

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Take Control.”

 

A) “Take Control” was a song I wanted to make after I heard a bunch of 80’s disco music. I was inspired by that actually and wanted to make one similar to it. So, I talked with my producer and then we kinda just did it. The song also talks about taking control of your decisions; just your life honestly and being independent.

 

Q) What do you hope fans take away and internalize from the track?

 

A) I hope that when my listeners listen to “Take Control,” they’ll get motivated, happy, groovy, just in a good mood. [smiles]

 

Q) Your upcoming album Cute Little Savage, Vol. 1 drops soon. What are some themes you explore on it?

 

A) YESS! Some themes I explored on this upcoming album are: Girl Power, Self-love, Confidence and a bit of teenage heartbreak dilemmas.

 

Q) How much of hand do you have when it comes to the production of your music?

 

A) I do take part in everything during the process of making it, the creativity, the music videos and just anything I can get involved in because this album is really, really special to me and I just want to give it my all.

 

Q) How do you shake off a long day in the studio?

 

A) I go home and just relax, I also listen to music or watch YouTube videos lol.

 

Q) Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

 

A) One place where I performed that was very memorable to me was On Off Festival because it was my first festival gig ever. Just thinking back to it makes me happy.

 

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

 

A) Beabadoobee, Rich Brian LOL

 

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

 

A) I’m currently listening to a lot of Frank Ocean because listening to him makes me super emotional and lately I just want to feel things again. [laughs] Listening to him is also my way of escaping the hectic real world.

 

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

 

A) I want to make social media a way to communicate with my listeners. It’s such an important way for me to connect with them because, through social media, I can reach them wherever they are in the world from me.

 

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?
