Q) It was touched on a bit during the show, but how did you get your start working on yachts?

A) As an European tour driver and leader! We took our groups all across Europe, including sailing in the Greek Islands. The skippers of our 60ft sailing boats persuaded me to join yachting and said that I would be perfect for a life at sea!

Q) What made you want to be a part of Below Deck Mediterranean?

A) I had an “interesting” start in yachting and I was out of work at the time. I decided to go on the show to give yachting another chance and to experience something exciting.

Q) Had you been a fan of the show or familiar with it before joining the cast this year?

A) I watched it before while changing from yacht deliveries to superyachts. It was fun watching the show as it gave some good factual information mixed in with the drama!

Q) Were there though any certain parts of your life you deemed off limits to the camera?

A) Of course, but look where that got me. I got drunk and had such a supportive crew that it all came out anyway.

Q) We loved how honest you were about your sexuality. What made you feel comfortable opening up about it with your coworkers?

A) Being around the crew was a breath of fresh air and I became so comfortable being myself around them that the usual boundaries I have fell down.

Q) I have to say, it was great seeing you work so well and really bond with the deck team. What did you enjoy most about working together?

A) Bouncing off each other during work but also our banter. We laughed non-stop.

Q) That hot tub scene with Lexi was pretty intense. Were you ever worried about making her “list?

A) It’s so insignificant to my life so I haven’t given it a thought until this question. So, a hard no.

Q) What were some of your most memorable moments from filming “Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) My late-night snack and chats with Mzi [Dempers] after nights out; proving to myself and the viewers I could perform well and make lifelong friends.

Q) Talk about working with Captain Sandy.

A) She was a great Captain to me. We had a funny start as she always found me in the crew mess making everyone cups of tea and wondered if I ever did any work. Once she joined and fell in love with her “builders’ tea,” our relationship grew. She has offered me some great advice on the show and after.

Q) Who have you stayed in contact with and become friendly with from the show?

A) Everyone except Delaney and Lexi.

Q) You are pretty active on social media. Have you been enjoying the instant fan feedback you have been receiving to episodes and the support they’ve shown you?

A) I absolutely love all the fan feedback and interaction. I want to say a massive thank you to everyone who follows me and for all the kind messages.

Q) What do you want to be sure fans know about you and your time on “Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) That I am feeling so much less anxious and am currently loving life in Greece surrounded by great people! I will keep everyone updated on my Instagram on my adventures to follow!
