Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) When I was little, I was listening to every pop/R&B track that was dominating the charts from Christina Aguilera, Britney Spears to Destiny’s Child, Mariah Carey, Backstreet Boys and Whitney Houston. When I grew up, I started to love the jazz/soul area and I’ve started listening to artists like Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinatra, Aretha Franklin, Sade, Sting, John Legend, etc.

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) It depends. Sometimes I already have an idea in my head, sometimes we start from scratch, or I get inspired by a beat or I create a concept and I build a story around it. I’s different every time.

Q) How much of a hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) I let the producers I work with do their magic until we have a starting point. Then I get very implicated in the arrangements, compositions and try to bring it into the mood I want the song to be. I know how I want my music to sound like. I know what sounds I want and how the vocals should be. It’s teamwork every time, and I love that.

Q) What are some themes you explore on your new album Silver & Gold – Chapter II?

A) The most important one is Love, because that’s the most beautiful feeling we can all experience and I feel like the people relate the most to this topic.

Q) What tracks on the album hold a special place in your heart and why?

A) Maybe it sounds cheesy, but all of them hold a special place in my heart. I create my own music, so there’s a drop of my soul in every track. I love creating. I take it very seriously and each track of the album is carefully picked.

Q) Which songs challenged you the most creatively?

A) The ones written in different countries with different songwriters because I had to exchange ideas and normally I’m all by myself creating my own story, to find a way to blend our styles and to create in a few hours something beautiful from scratch.

Q) What is it you hope lingers with listeners who explore the music on Silver & Gold – Chapter II?

A) I hope they take this album as a whole beautiful experience that gets them over some bad times and brings them joy.

Q) Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

A) I’ll always keep in my heart the Karkle performance in Lithuania and the Budapest Park in Hungary that I had last year. The audience was amazing and we had such a great time together.

Q) Which songs from this new album have you been enjoying playing at live shows?

A) I love playing “Maractu” because it’s very energetic. “Drinks on Mi,” which is so uplifting and everybody’s getting crazy on it. “Could Be Something” because it’s very groovy. “Deep Sea” and “Think About You” – two very powerful tracks.

Q) You’ve written many hits for famous artists. Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) Hmm. I didn’t think about that, but I do know that I want a collab with artists like Anne Marie, Macklemore, Bruno Mars, David Guetta, Robin Schulz, Dj Snake, etc.

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

A) I’ve listened to the latest album of John Legend called Legend and I really loved it.

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) It’s the best way to keep in touch with your fans. I do have an Instagram group that I talk to very often. It’s very important to be present on every platform, to stay updated, to see how you can improve things and I think any feedback should be important for your development.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) I’m very grateful for their support and love and stay tuned because I’m gonna release more music soon.
