The episode opens with Adam (William Ficthner) waiting for Tammy (Kristen Johnston) to get out of the bathroom. Christy (Anna Faris) tells him to use the one upstairs. He reminds her of the wheelchair and she says she doesn’t see it anymore. Tammy says she is scraping the jail off her feet and Adam wants that image to go away.

In the kitchen Christy is looking for food. Bonnie (Allison Janney) tells her none will magically appear and they discuss the mystery food that Tammy ate. Adam comes in and says there needs to be time limits on the bathroom. Bonnie says this is the first time in seven years Tammy took a shower that didn’t end up a date.

The three of them then discuss going to see Wicked to celebrate Christy’s graduation. He doesn’t want to go, so they discuss to whom to give the ticket. They think Marjorie (Mimi Kennedy), but say it is a long drive. They then consider Tammy, but wonder how she will react when she sees the flying monkeys.

Christy and Bonnie decide to ask Marjorie. Christy goes to call her and Bonnie tells Adam he will still the taking her to see Cher next month. He groans in protest.

At the play, they realize they are in the nosebleed section and Bonnie is glad Adam didn’t come because there is no wheelchair access. At intermission, the ladies discuss the show, which helps Christy understand Bonnie. She also wants to use the restroom, but doesn’t want to wait in line. Bonnie tells her to use the men’s room. While this is happening, Marjorie gets word that Victor had another stroke and leaves in a hurry.

At the next AA meeting, Jill (Jaime Pressly) is wondering where is Marjorie. Christy explains that her that her husband died and doesn’t want to talk. Bonnie says the one time Marjorie leaves to go out he dies. Christy says she killed him by encouraging Marjorie to go out.

Tammy cries over Victor, even though she never met him. She claims her feelings are coming out now that she is out of the slammer. Jill is surprised people actually call it the slammer.

Marjorie comes to the meeting in good spirits due to getting a good parking spot and shopping. She also is happy over the cookies. Everyone is surprised by her lack of grieving and Bonnie reminds them that everyone grieves in their own way. Tammy agrees and for some reason puts Jill in a headlock.

Jill finishes her share and Wendy (Beth Hall) asks if anyone else wants to share. Marjorie says if she wanted to share she would and Bonnie offers to share again.

Later, Christy tells Nora (Yvette Nicole Brown) about Marjorie’s behavior and Instagram posts.  Nora encourages her to let it go and work through it herself.

The ladies go to Marjorie’s after the funeral. Adam is also with them. They discuss Victor and his love for magic. Marjorie gives Adam all of Victor’s old track suits while the ladies worry that Marjorie still isn’t grieving. They worry even more when she puts his ashes in the cupboard. They finally convince her to spread them where he proposed.

The ladies take a road trip to spread the ashes while smoking cigars. Marjorie tells the story of how he proposed. He hit a possum and the ring flew out of his pocket. They then buried the possum at the apple orchard.

Once they arrive, they realize the orchard is now a Costco and are surprised that Marjorie is laughing instead of crying. They go in for hotdogs and to shop. Christy tries to talk to Marjorie, who only wants to be left alone.

On the way home, everyone is texting back and forth about what happened with Christy and Marjorie while Tammy wants an extra Candy Crush life. Marjorie tells them to cut it out and Christy finally tells her to grieve how she wants. Marjorie finally admits she isn’t grieving, but instead feels relief because she no longer has to take care of him.

Everyone is back at the house. Marjorie puts the urn in the kitchen and Christy tells her to take all the time she needs to let go. She goes to hug Victor’s favorite cat. As Bonnie discusses how she wants to be cremated, they finally see Marjorie break down in tears.

The show ends with Tammy re-enacting Wicked and Star Wars.
