Official FUNK DAT Music Video Premiere

George Khouri and Klassik release the music video for “Funk Dat,” the hit single from their upcoming “Lucky 7” Album. Funk Dat is an upbeat, Pop Funk song with extremely catchy lines and melodies. With a disco dance floor and a neon pillow fight, you can’t help but want to join the poppin’ party happening in “Funk Dat”…I was having so much fun filming the video that I forgot to even deliver my lines in half the takes,” says George.  

George, who’s the creator of “Black Coffee” on Will Ferrell’s Funny or Die, as well as the face of multiple Drake parodies which have amassed millions of views on YouTube, can be seen showing off his comedic acting skills at the start of the video. After shamelessly eating an entire bag of chips, he falls asleep into a dream sequence that takes the viewers back to the 70s and all the funk and style that the decade era had to offer. The funky party takes over from there! 

The Funk Dat music video was shot by Super Official Productions in Detroit and was co-directed by George himself. The vibrant dance floor scene was captured at the iconic Electric Studio in the heart of downtown Detroit.

George Khouri and Klassik will be releasing the “Lucky 7” album on 8.20.21 and are already planning to shoot their next video for another song on the project!
