Q) Please tell us what is new this season on “Midnight, Texas” and with Lemuel.

A) Life is radically different for Lem this season…the most major is that he’s married! And, of course the town and community of Midnight is full of surprises and Season 2 definitely has surprises!

Q) We love Lemuel’s relationship with Olivia. How will their relationship evolve this season?

A) In Season 2 Lem and Olivia (Arielle Kebbel) struggle to navigate the unusual complexity of marriage between a human and a vampire….and there’s even the exploitation of family…in the future and in the past.

Q) Going into Season 2, was there someone you didn’t share many scenes with last season that you were excited to work with this season?

A) Apart from the group scenes and, of course, scenes with the lovely Olivia, LEM gets to share some screen time with the Joe (Jason Lewis) and the Rev (Yul Vazquez) this season…So, the depth of the relationships of the oldest Midnighters are further explored.

Q) Do you get much input into how Lemuel evolves?

A) I don’t actually get to influence Lem’s story…In some ways, I experience it as the audience eventually does!

Q) Can you tease about any upcoming guest stars we’ll be seeing this season?

A) Season 2 is peppered with great guest stars, some of whom have quite the influence on the established Midnighters, especially Nestor Carbonell and Jamie Ray Newman…They may even become Midnighters…

Q) “Midnight, Texas” is always pushing boundaries with the supernatural. How does this season go even further?

A) The town of Midnight is a family of unusual misfits that love and support each other.  This season the enemy may come from within as much as the external threats they face…the show explores how our differences don’t define us…but our love and trust of each other is what allows us to succeed.

Q) What do you think it is about the show that continues to make it such a fan favorite?

A) Like the characters in the show, the fans are far ranging in type and orientation…and yet all are united by their love of the unusual inhabitants of Midnight Texas.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and the work that you do?

A) Thank you to the fans of “Midnight,” I appreciate your support and love for the show and for how you Midnighters have formed a great social media community!
