Q) What are the recent projects that you are working on?

A) I’m currently working on a six-track EP that empowers and uplifts girls as well as my first book. Regarding acting, I have many very exciting prospective projects that I can’t discuss as of yet.

Q) What was your audition like to play Lynn on “The Paynes?”

A) It was a crazy day because I found out about the audition three hours before I had to be there and was on my way to a commercial audition. My mother quickly printed the script on the way out the door, and I learned my lines in the car. I guess I did ok because right after the audition, my agent called me to tell me that I’d be going back two days later to read for the producers. Shortly after, my agent called and told me I booked it. It was pretty amazingbecause it happened so fast that I really didn’t have time to think about it. I was truly blessed!

Q) What made you want to be a part of the show?

A) First of all, it’s always a huge accomplishment as an actor to be chosen as a series regular for a show.  It was also an honor to work with such great talent, especially Mr. [Tyler] Perry. I believe he’s a genius. He’s a writer, producer, director and an actor. He’s a very hard worker and a huge role modelto anyone who strives to make a career in the entertainment industry.

Q) What are some similarities and differences you have with Lynn?

A) I believe that both Lynn and I are both a little wise beyond our years. I’ve always knew that I understood a lot since I was really little.  The difference between us is she’s a bit more our spoken to adults than I am. Also,my mom is always present so I don’t know how it would feel to not have a mother. I really felt sad for her.

Q) Talk about working alongside iconic actress Jackee Harry.

A) It was really amazing working with Ms. Jackee. She was funny all ofthe time on set. She was also very nice and told me little secrets about comedic acting and what to do in certain situations so that it would be really funny.

Q) What were some of your most memorable moments from filming “The Paynes?”

A) When the cast got together to do table reads it was the one time everyone was together having a good time doing what they love.

Q) What do you think it is about the show that makes it a great fit for OWNTV?

A) I think this show is great for OWNTV because it has a lot of drama that regular people deal with in everyday life. To me, most of OWN’s show deal with issues and show how they’re figured out.

Q) What message do you hope viewers take away from watching the show?

A) The message that I hope people take away for “The Paynes” is that helping people can make a huge difference in their lives and it can also be very rewarding at the same time.

Q) Who would be your dream guest star for next season of the show?

A) My mom because she did acting/modeling before I was born, and I think she’s good at it. She always says that she prefers being behind the scenes, but I would just love for my mom and I to be in a show together. I love her so much.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) I would like to say thank you so much for supporting me I’m truly grateful for your support. Please stay tuned for my upcoming projects. Also, if anyone is new and would like to learn more about me or follow my journey you can follow me on Instagram at iamsanaivictoria, Facebook and Twitter at Sanai Victoria. Thanks, and Love ya!!!
