Q) How did you come to be a part of the launch for the Spark network?

A) I came up with Spark because I felt like what was currently being offered in this space was a bit dated, and I wanted to create something fresh, cool, elevated and modern. Full stop.

There is such a real subculture in Los Angeles around spirituality, consciousness, psychedelics, UFOs and the paranormal and it is filled with the most fascinating mix of people – cool, funky people, celebrities, thought leaders, highly intelligent people and everyday people who are asking big questions about the universe and their place in it.

I felt like that audience was being underserved and I wanted to dive in and 10x what was currently being offered. I wanted Spark to feel like the next evolution of conscious entertainment. When I shared the vision with Jack Osbourne and Michael Mazzola, they completely got it. They were excited by it, they believed in it, and together we made it happen.

Q) What was it about launching this new network that captured your interest?

A) What captured my interest was the chance to build something that felt culturally relevant, spiritually curious and genuinely entertaining. Spark is for people who know there is more to the human story than we have been told.

I did not want to create something sleepy or overly earnest. I wanted Spark to be cool. I wanted it to feel like the place where mystics, futurists, celebrities, seekers, skeptics and experiencers could all come together and explore the frontiers of human evolution.

The world is changing so quickly, and people are more open than ever to conversations around consciousness, healing, UFOs, psychedelics, spirituality, ancient mysteries and the paranormal. I felt like Spark could become the home for that conversation, but in a way that feels fresh, cinematic, fun and very now.

Q) Jack Osbourne and Michael Mazzola join you in this venture. How did the three of you come to work together?

A) Michael Mazzola and I met when we made our first movie together with Dr. Steven Greer, which was called Contact. We instantly became best friends and producing partners and since then we have made several films together, including The Hybrids, which is my latest movie and just came out last month.

We met Jack Osbourne on the set of a big TV show called “American Paranormal” and we just totally clicked. There was a real creative chemistry between all of us and we realized we shared the same curiosity for the unknown and the same desire to create something new in this space. So, we decided to band together and make Spark. We are all connected by the weird, which honestly might be the most accurate way to describe it.

Q) I love the diversity of content on Spark. Were there specific types of features you wanted to be sure were included on the network?

A) Yes, absolutely. I wanted Spark to be much bigger than one genre. Conscious content can sometimes get put into a very small box, but to me, consciousness touches everything. It includes UFOs, government disclosure, ancient civilizations, spirituality, psychedelics, biohacking, health, future technology, the paranormal, true crime, personal evolution and transformational storytelling. A huge focus for us is Spark Originals. We want to create original shows that explore human evolution from every angle: mind, body, spirit, science, mystery and entertainment. The goal was always to build a network for curious people. You do not have to believe everything. You just have to be open enough to ask, “What if?”

Q) You host two series on the network, “The Spark with Serena DC” and “Hollyweird.” What made you want to be a part of the content included on the network and not stay just on the more corporate side of things as the CEO and co-founder?

A) I have always been a storyteller first. Even though I love the business side and I love building companies, I am not someone who wants to just sit behind a desk and run spreadsheets all day. I mean, I will if I have to, but my soul would start chewing through the furniture.

For me, hosting is part of the mission. “The Spark with Serena DC” allows me to have big, expansive conversations with people who are changing the way we think about health, consciousness, spirituality, science, healing and human potential.

“Hollyweird” is also very close to my heart because it gives celebrities a space to share the strange, supernatural and mind-bending experiences they do not usually get asked about in a normal interview. I love creating a space where people can be honest, open and a little bit mystical without feeling judged.

Being both a founder and a host allows me to help shape the vision of the network from the inside out.

Q) Are you able to tease some upcoming features for The Spark that you are looking forward to fans getting to check out soon?

A) There are some incredible people and conversations coming to Spark. I am really excited for audiences to see content featuring Jamie Kennedy, Brian Austin Green, Dave Asprey, Hollywood Disclosure and Mike Battista, who is a psionic asset and is able to make contact with ET phenomena on an almost daily basis.

We also have a lot of celebrities coming on who have had completely crazy, mind-bending paranormal experiences, along with major thought leaders who are exploring consciousness, healing, biohacking, UFOs and the future of human potential.

What I love most is that these are not just surface-level interviews. These are conversations that open doors. They make you question what reality is, what we are capable of and whether the universe is far stranger and more magical than we have been told.

Q) You are also known for your work on “Hollywood Disclosure.” What are some other areas of the entertainment industry that you would like to try your hand at?

A) “Hollywood Disclosure” was really about personal transformation. It looked at the dark side of fame and the human side of celebrity, and it allowed me to sit down with well-known people and talk about the moments that changed them.

I have always been drawn to stories where people go through something difficult and come out the other side with wisdom, purpose and light. That is the kind of storytelling I love because it reminds people that even in your darkest hour, there is always a glimmer of light.

Going forward, I want to keep expanding into documentaries, talk shows, feature films, live experiences, transformational formats and building Spark as a full entertainment ecosystem. I am fascinated by the future of media, where people do not just watch content, but become part of a movement, a community and a frequency.

Q) What advice would you give to young entrepreneurs who are just getting started with a new business or venture?

A) When you have a dream, spend time every morning manifesting it into reality. Imagine yourself running the company. Imagine it being successful. Imagine the people you are helping, the life you are creating and the version of yourself who already knows how to do it.

But manifestation is only half of it. You also have to work really, really, really hard. You have to focus your attention, take action, stay in flow and refuse to give up when things get difficult.

Spark actually has manifestation songs in the Spark Music section of the platform and I genuinely believe music, mindset and energy can help keep you inspired while you are building something big.

My advice is: dream huge, work hard, protect your energy and drown out the noise. Anyone who tells you that you cannot do it probably should not be in your sphere of influence. Everything is possible if you focus your attention on it, ask the universe clearly for what you want, and then show up every single day to make it real.
