Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) Active Rock with hints of Three Days Grace, Buckcherry and anything else that’s going to move you.

Q) Your music influences are Sevendust, Motley Crew, Jimi Hendrix, Staind, Chevelle and Three Days Grace. What about these artists resonate with you?

A) Commercially appealing with just enough of a heavy edge to keep you compelled.

Q) What is your creative process when making new music?

A) The guys will generally come up with a guitar riff then bring it to Josh [Marin] for the lyrics and we’ll tweak it a few times then demo it. At that time, we’ll send out to radio friends for feedback and additional edits if needed. Then, we’ll decide where to go from there.

Q) Do you need lyrics before adding music?

A) No, 99% of time lyrics will follow the music.

Q) Your band is all about getting up and rising above the difficulties life throws at you (such as the Covid pandemic hitting just as you were starting out!). How have the adversaries you have faced in the past influenced the band you are today?

A) It made everyone closer because you couldn’t tour so the only outlet was rehearsals. You also didn’t know if and when the scene would open up again. Now that it has it is full steam ahead and seeing faces again.

Q) Your music often taps into the emotions of mental health. Why is this topic important to you and your music?

A) Everyone has issues, everyone has something going on with them and realizing that and talking about that sometimes makes things easier. Just knowing someone else who has gone through a particular situation and knowing you can get through it can help a lot of people. Talk to someone, don’t be silent.

Q) What advice can you give for those struggling with their mental health?

A) Again, reach out for help. You’ll find a lot of people may have gone through the same things. You’ll be surprised once you start talking about it, others have experienced the same things and that right there will bring a sense of ease.

Q) Congratulations on your newly released single “Collapse.” The song is said to shed light on life’s everyday problems and that suicide is not the answer. What inspired you to write a song about this theme?

A) Josh had a friend pass by suicide, its not the answer. There are outlets to talk to. Start with friends and family. Silence is the killer, don’t be silent. Speak up and listen.

Q) Your song “Collapse” was produced and mixed by Joe Marlette (Blink 182, Switchfoot, Foo Fighters, Queens of the Stone Age). What was it like working with such a talented producer?

A) We’ve recorded with Joe in the past, great guy, easy to work with but he’ll push you to be better. That’s what is so great about him. He’s worked with everybody, and his credits speak for themselves. It’s hard to work with people who haven’t had success, especially when they want to do things a certain way with no proven track record. Joe is just great.

Q) What was the creative thinking behind the lyric video for “Collapse” and how does it play into the subject matter of the song?

A) We really wanted the video to match the song and lyrics. We had to convey our story and message in three minutes. I think we captured it perfectly. Watch the video – let us know what you take away from it.

Q) What do you hope your fans will take away when listening to “Collapse?”

A) That it touches you and makes you think. Do you have a friend or family member struggling? Reach out to them, listen and get them help. Don’t let them go at their struggles alone whatever it may be.

Q) Will there be a full album or EP coming in the near future?

A) Plan is for an EP

Q) You have performed alongside the likes of Disturbed, Stone Sour, Seether, and Black Label Society among others. Who would you like to collaborate with in future?

A) Sevendust and Hardy

Q) What would you like to say to your fans and supporters of the wonderful music you make?

A) Thanks for coming on this journey with us, we’re glad our music brings us together, and we hope to see and meet a lot of you on the road at shows.
