Butcher is setting up surveillance equipment. Hughie tells the team he can hack into all of her electronics with cameras and surveillance on Popclaw without all of the equipment. Hughie and Mother’s Milk enter the apartment building dressed as service workers. They tell Popclaw the landlord needs to upgrade her service.
