Each week I’ll be picking the best drama, comedy or reality TV and sci-fi/fantasy moments from the shows of the prior week. They may sometimes be equipped with some of your favorite ships or tear-jerking moments. So, keep reading if you are still not over what happened on your favorite TV show this week!

Drama: The Rookie, “The Dark Side” – We didn’t catch him. He caught her.

The man Lucy (Melissa O’Neil) meets at the bar, Caleb Wright (Michael Cassidy), turns out to be their next serial killer. I automatically thought the guy was strange after tracking Lucy down to the station, but I didn’t see it being him until they realized that the other man was dead all along. I know that the next episode is going to take us on a rough and wild ride as we see Lucy be tortured because of Caleb.

Comedy: Superstore, “Negotiations” – We did it! Wait, maybe not.

After a long day of trying to work out their Union demands, Jonah (Ben Feldman) and Sandra (Kaliko Kauahi) finally came out with a victory. It was so nice seeing Jonah get this, so that’s what made it hurt that much more when Amy (America Ferrera) gets the call that it was all just for show. I sense some trouble coming because in the final scene between Jonah and Amy she withheld her knowledge so that he could be happy about his victory. I wonder how long it will be before Amy decides to tell Jonah that she knew about the aftermath of the meeting. I hated that this moment was taken away just as quickly as it was given, but I loved being able to see Jonah be that elated.

Sci-fi/Fantasy: Marvel’s Runaways – “Rite of Thunder” –  The son is found.

Jonah’s (Julian McMahon) son found a host and it’s none other than Alex Wilder (Rhenzy Feliz). Alex being the evil one was so fun to watch in this episode. My favorite moment was seeing him slip so easily in and out of the evil son and Alex during the scenes at Tamar’s (Ozioma Akagha) house. If they’re able to get Alex back, I wonder how he will really take the news of his mother’s death. I hope we get to see his reaction before the end of the season. It will definitely be an interesting moment. I’m slowly but still binging through this last season of Runaways. I’m definitely going to miss its greatness.
