Each week I’ll be picking the best drama, comedy or reality TV and sci-fi/fantasy moments from the shows of the prior week. They may sometimes be equipped with some of your favorite ships or tear-jerking moments. So, keep reading if you are still not over what happened on your favorite TV show this week!

Drama: Grey’s Anatomy, “Helplessly Hoping” – Another one gone.

This week “Grey’s Anatomy” had another hard loss and it was Deluca (Giacomo Gianniotti). The way this series has dealt with the pandemic storyline has been extremely different from most shows and really dug deeper into it than most would like. It’s going through all the stages and seeing the inside of Meredith’s (Ellen Pompeo) thoughts as she speaks to Deluca is really an interesting and sad process to watch. Deluca was definitely a character that I felt had more story to tell.

Comedy/Reality TV: Life After Lockup “LIFE, DEATH, OR PRISON” – Alcohol dependency.

Puppy (Michelle) has been on a speedy and chaotic journey since she was released from prison. She was able to find a job with the help of best friend/”wife” Amber, but she wasn’t able to do it soberly without having some setbacks due to alcohol. Watching Puppy fall into this pattern and seeing Amber decide to cut ties with her was hard. But Puppy needs to want to get things better for herself before she can be around people that trigger her addictions.

Sci-fi/Fantasy: Nancy Drew, “The Legend of the Murder Hotel ” –  A ghostly mishap.

George (Leah Lewis) gets her body partly taken over by a ghost that leads them down a path to figure out what happened to one of the teammates. I really enjoyed her performance in this episode and the role George took in helping get the ghost to explain what happened.
