Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) The best way to describe it is as a crossover of pop and hip hop with elements of other genres involved, very versatile.

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) Michael Jackson is the biggest then, of course, as far as current influences go, Drake and Future.

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “A.G.D.S.”

A) “A.G.D.S.” is a R&B rendition/expression of a moment in time and feelings that came with it.

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

A) Everyone has moments of confidence and this song is something they can listen to in those moments and vibe with or even in moments when they’re feeling a sexy vibe this is good for that as well.

Q) What is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics?

A) I have no set way of writing, but for this one I went with the production and formed a song around that and included moments of real-life situations.

Q) How much of hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) I’m pretty hands on, but when I’m working with a producer, I like to respect their artistic visions as well. Finding a groove and bouncing off of each other and finding middle ground on an idea is my favorite thing to do.

Q) Your song “YNRS” is pop/hip-hop influence and “Je Taime” is jazz inspired. What inspires you to constantly switch up your sound?

A) I’ve always loved a variety of music from every end of the spectrum, so it’s only right for me to include the sounds that inspire me in my work.

Q) How do you shake off a long day in the studio?

A) A good nap or activities mentioned in the music.

Q) Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

A) I haven’t done much performing but recording in New York is my favorite. I love the vibe of going to work in the big city and recording so high up.

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) Ariana Grande, I love her music.

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

A) Besides myself I listen to a lot of Carti, Future, Drake and Young Thug. I feel like we all kick a lot of similar shit and can relate on a lot of things

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) It creates a place to keep them updated on me and the music I’m releasing and what not. And it is also for me to get to know them, hear and see what they’ve got going on and how they’re feeling towards the art and what not.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) I’d definitely like for them to know I appreciate their support and I look forward to sharing more with them. Much love!
