Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) I would describe the sound I’ve created as an amalgamation of my musical influences growing up.

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) I grew up listening to a lot of my parents’ funk and disco albums they had lying around as a kid. I love punchy catchy high energy music that gets your feet moving without you even being aware of it.

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Never Say Goodbye.”

A) I wanted to create a fun-loving song that was care-free and allowed people to escape their day to day for a brief moment in time and get lost in the music.

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

A) I think the fact that it’s uplifting and brings out a childish type of fun makes it easy to bring out the inner fun-loving nature that resides in all of us.

Q) How does the video for the track play into the message behind it?

A) I think the video really embodies the free loving nature of humanity and forget about your day-to-day troubles and get lost in the music.

Q) When it comes to creating tracks, what is your song writing process? Do you need a beat before you can create lyrics or at least initially need a beat to craft around?

A) I usually always create the beat and then find a vocalist or vocal arrangement that really brings the beat to life and almost gives it a personality and story of its own.

Q) How much of hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) I usually do everything from the ground up when it comes to the production side of making music and try to incorporate vocals and vocalist who can really breathe some new life into the instrumental that I’ve made.

Q) Will there be a full album or EP coming in the near future?

A) I’m currently working on an EP that will hopefully debut this fall, which I’m incredibly excited to share with the world.

Q) Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

A) My favorite place to perform is probably Las Vegas because there is a certain electricity that you can feel the moment you step off the plane. The thing I like about performing in Vegas the most is the fact that a lot of people who go to clubs there aren’t just EDM fans so it really gives you the opportunity to showcase your talent to crowds who might not otherwise listen to your music.

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) I would love to collab with John Summit. His energy is infectious.

Q) What album/band are you currently listening to and why do you dig them?

A) I’m a huge Chris Lake Stan! He’s on a constant rotation whenever I’m driving or at the gym.

Q) You are a part of social media. Why is that such an important way for you to connect with your fans?

A) I think it gives people the opportunity to see a personal side of you that they might not get to see otherwise, but more importantly, gives me an opportunity to converse and show my appreciation to everyone who has and continues to support my music.

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) I feel so impossibly grateful for the opportunity to travel and interact with so many amazing individuals that I honestly could never have imagined in my wildest dreams. It’s truly a special feeling to see people from all walks of life come to shows and listen to the music I put out and I’m forever grateful for everyone who’s supported me on this journey!
