Q) It was touched on a bit during the show, but how did you get your start working on yachts?

A) I had a childhood friend who made a post on Facebook looking for a stewardess with a brief description of the job. At the time I wanted to get out of the corporate world and travel around. So, he gave me the opportunity to start a sole position being green. I got lucky.

Q) What made you want to be a part of “Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) I thought it would be a great opportunity to show what my job is like to my friends and family. I also thought the experience would be really cool.

Q) Had you been a fan of the show or familiar with it before joining the cast this year?

A) I always saw it playing in the crew mess or at random bars or hair salons. It always seemed to be on and I enjoyed watching it. I never was a consistent viewer.

Q) There also seemed to be a fast friendship between you and Bugsy [Drake]. What made working with her so much fun? What was she like as Chief Stew?

A) She was just really happy and respectful to work with. We had our little tiff in the beginning and then after that everything seemed to get better. I really enjoyed the way she managed and taught me things without making me feel beneath her.

Q) Tell us about your friendship with Alex [Radcliffe].

A) LOL! He’s like my annoying little brother that I can’t get enough of. It’s always fun to be with him, but he’s always a great friend. He’s caring, although he can be little tough on me at times. Just like a brother would be.

Q) What was it like working with Captain Sandy [Yawn]?

A) It was tough for the first half of the season. I felt like I couldn’t do anything right. During the second half of the season she seemed to notice how hard I was working and I was able to stick to just my role instead of having to be in a few areas at once (when we lost some interior crew).

Q) Who have you stayed in contact with and become friendly with from the show?

A) Well, obviously Alex. We speak daily. And I have seen Bugs a few times as well. I chat with Hannah [Ferrier] regularly and can’t wait for her baby to arrive. Kiko [Lorran] and I catch up ever few weeks.

Q) What were some of your most memorable moments from filming Below Deck Med?

A) I really enjoyed working in the galley with Hannah and Kiko in the beginning. We all had a really good vibe and flow going on and I enjoyed the banter a lot.

Q) You are a part of social media. Have you been enjoying the instant fan feedback you have been receiving to episodes?

A) I really enjoyed connecting and hearing from fans in the beginning, but when my relationship with Rob [Westergaard] started going south the fans had some nasty comments. It’s exhausting when they don’t know everything that happened but act like they do.

Q) What do you want to be sure fans know about you and your time on “Below Deck Mediterranean?”

A) I really wish my fun side was shown more. Some was in the beginning. I know it’s hard to believe from what was seen at the end of the season, but I’m just a happy, fun, loving and down-to-earth chick.
