Spider-Man: No Way Home

Spider-Man: No Way Home was a box office success! The film combines many of the characters you have loved from previous Spider-Man films with a ton of incredible action, adventure and stunt work that leaves viewers with their jaws on the floor. Viewers may get a bit tangled in the amount of individuals that do make a cameo; however, the plot will keep you glued to your screens to find out if (or which) Peter Parker can save the day.

We pick up with Peter Parker’s identity is now public knowledge as is the (untrue) story that he murdered Mysterio (Jake Gyllenhaal). With the media now after him Peter struggles to adjust to this new normal. Because of this Parker seeks out assistance from Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to cast a spell and reverse things back to normal. Unfortunately, no good deed goes unpunished and there are consequences to Peter’s decision.

It was amazing to see Green Goblin (Willem Dafoe) and Doctor Octopus (Alfred Molina) back on our screens. Marvel did a great job at de-aging the two so they would look just as we last saw them. Seeing Tom Holland, Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire share a screen together as three different versions of Peter Parker was also mind-blowing!

Director Jon Watts excels at bringing the best out of Peter and his latest adventure. The CGI work was exceptional as well and, certainly, Holland holds his own all the stunt work that goes into making Spider-Man so skilled at kicking butt and slinging webs. The sad part for me is not seeing Stan Lee’s typical cameo in all the films his stories helped to create.

Spider-Man: No Way Home is a wonderful watch that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. Doctor Strange sets some…strange things in motion and you won’t want to miss a second of it. So, make sure to grab a snack and settle down for a fantastic film.
