Each week I’ll be picking the best drama, comedy or reality TV and sci-fi/fantasy moments from the shows of the prior week. They may sometimes be equipped with some of your favorite ships or tear-jerking moments. So, keep reading if you are still not over what happened on your favorite TV show this week!

Drama: Love, Victor, “Close Your Eyes ” – Rahom vs. Benji

Victor (Michael Cimino) and Benji (George Sear) had many ups and downs this season, so a break/breakup was definitely on the horizon. When the two decided to take a break, Benji’s friend Rahim (Anthony Keyvan) was there to help him through it. However, anyone could see the chemistry between the two was more than just platonic. The final moments of the season finale leaves Victor with a choice of who he wants to be with. We don’t get to see who he chooses in the end, but my vote is for Rahim. They just have something that seems more genuine and they’re both still learning about themselves. The cliffhanger left us in a great spot to start off the next season! Who do you think Victor chose?

Comedy/Reality TV: High School Musical: The Musical – The Series, “The Quinceañero” – Gina, overlooked.

Gina’s (Sofia Wylie) emotions have been getting looked over by her friends and in this week’s episode we got to see Gina really break down a little bit more from all of what she has been holding in. She gives an emotional speech for Carlos (Frankie Rodriguez) that almost brings her to tears right before she gives an amazing performance. Everyone has someone who understands them and who they can confide in without issue, except for Gina. Although Ricky (Joshua Bassett) said she was that for him in a previous episode, it has shown to do more harm to Gina and their friendship than good. I hope Gina really gets to flesh out her emotions and someone realizes what is going on with her before it’s too late.

Sci-fi/Fantasy: Fear The Walking Dead, “The Beginning” – Is it a betrayal or brainwashing?

Dakota (Zoe Colletti) holds Victor (Colman Domingo) at gunpoint as she accuses him of betrayal. He gets saved by Morgan (Lennie James) coming and knocking Dakota out before she can shoot Victor in the chest. The scene showed high tensions and great acting from all involved. It was a scene that propelled the rest of the episode.
