Q) How would you describe your sound?

A) Driving/Face crunching

Q) Who are some of your musical influences?

A) Kalus, Joel Fletcher

Q) Talk about the story behind your new song “Patience.”

A) I made this track to bang at EU festival season which was among us. Working with Kayla [Zito] and her team to bring it to life was a breeze. She nailed it. I was in Bristol 2019 in a hotel when this record was finished

Q) How did you come to work with Kayla Zito for a feature on the song?

A) My TM at the time, Cooper, has many friends in the industry and was there for me when I said, “This song needs a vocal.”

Q) What do you think it is about the song that fans connect to?

A) Big chords, the large lead and quick tempo all give off the energy for fans to rage to.

Q) For tracks of yours that do have lyrics, what is your song writing process? Do you need music before you can create lyrics or do you let the featured artist handle this aspect?

A) I’m always writing the instrumental before I get a vocal. It gives me free rein to do whatever progression I like.

Q) How much of a hand do you have in the production of your music?

A) 100% of it

Q) Will there be a full album or EP coming in the near future?

A) Definitely, I’m a few songs into the next one

Q) With concerts having been on hold, what have you missed most about being on stage?

A) The euphoria and becoming the person I am on stage

Q) You are headed out on your Sparksmania 2022 tour. Where are some of your favorite places to perform and what makes those locations so significant to you?

A) Melbourne being my hometown will always be the highlight. Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane all have their own ways of being insane. Every show so far has been mind blowing.

Q) Who would you most like to collaborate with on a song in the future?

A) Ummet Ozcan

Q) What would you like to say to everyone who is a fan and supporter of you and your work?

A) I’d like to say how grateful I am, and that we all share a passion which is truly special. We as artists wouldn’t be able to do this without them.
