This episode brings us closer to the end of times as it begins with Crowley (David Tennant) speeding through the streets of London blasting Queen on the radio. He arrives at Aziraphale’s (Michael Sheen) bookstore only to find it going down in flames. He assumes the worst and is worried about his dear angelic friend until he reads Agnes Nutter’s (Josie Lawrence) book of prophecies.

Meanwhile, Adam (Sam Taylor Buck) is continuing to grow in power and forcing his friends Pepper (Amma Ris), Brian (Ilan Galkoff) and Wensleydale (Alfie Taylor) to bend to his will. He does so by sealing their mouths shut when they start to speak up against him. Power control issues, much?

Aziraphale arrives in Heaven where the angels are getting ready to head into battle with guns and artillery. If you recall, Aziraphale accidentally got pulled into Heaven and as a result he was separated from the human body he was taking residence in all these years. If he wants to get back to Earth, it would require him to become a demon and take over another body.

In Tadfield, Newton (Jack Whitehall) is trying to process his fleeting moments of passion with Anathema (Adria Arjona). Tempted to engage in more sex, he has to resist considering the prophecy said it could only happen once.

Crowley is feeling down in the dumps about Aziraphale until his friend finds a way to ghostly project himself. He asks Crowley to go to Tadfield and plans to do the same once he can find a way to snag a body. And find a body he does in Madame Tracy (Miranda Richardson), who is holding a seance when Aziraphale steps in to her being. Meanwhile, Crowley is doing his utmost best to get to Tadfield as fast as he can, but unfortunately the M25 highway is slowed down with bumper to bumper traffic. As much as Crowley wants to complain, it’s basically his fault that the highway is the way it is. You see, he designed the freeway to look and function as it does, so even though it is backed up with traffic he can also do something about it. So, he basically causes the cars to burst into flames.

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse [Famine (Yusuf Gatewood), Pollution (Lourdes Faberes), War (Mireille Enos) and Death (Brian Cox)] finally get together and meet at a cafe. The only difference here is that instead of horses they ride on motorcycles and jam out to heavy metal music.

Duke of Hell Hastur (Ned Dennehy) is still stuck somewhere in a phone thanks to Crowley, but when a call center rings he is able to get his way out of there. He goes straight to Crowley’s car and begins torturing him about being stuck on the M25. Feeling annoyed and irritated, Crowley ends up driving through the fire he started, killing Hastur in the process, and convinces his car to survive.

Adam is starting to increasingly piss off his friends who want nothing to do with him anymore. He’s forcing them to take on duties that they don’t want so they tell him they don’t like him and take Dog with them. This makes Adam very angry. Just as he begins to yell the loudest scream we’ve ever heard, he falls to the ground and returns to normal. He realizes what he’s been doing and tells his friends to grab their bikes. He has to fix what he’s done and needs their help.

All roads are leading to the airfield where Newton and Anathema are headed to along with Adam and his friends. Oh, and let’s not forget the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. They’re going there, too! They manage to get into the airfield by using a bit of their magic and fooling the guard. As soon as they make it inside the real fight starts to begin as nuclear warfare starts breaking out all over the world. Joining everyone else at the airfield are Shadwell (Michael McKean) and Aziraphale in the form of Madame Tracy. Trailing behind them as they try to talk to the guard is Crowley in his car of flames and the kiddos on bikes.

After Adam arrives he realizes he still has some power to use and calls upon the Four Horsemen. Uh oh! Things are about to get crazy!
